Big Boa... The Cobra Taskmaster! I always saw this guy as being a cross between Sergeant Slaughter and Blaster from "Master-Blaster" in the Road Warrior series. He'd be a big silent guy, but really an unstoppable machine... and ruthless to his own troops!
